My Danish grandmother taught me to knit when I was only four years old, and I’ve not been able to put down the needles since!
Unsure Sheep is unique, rustic knitwear and fibre art handmade by me, Maria Theresa Moerman-Ib, a multidisciplinary artist based in rural Perthshire, Scotland.
From one-of-a-kind accessories to hand-spun artisan yarn, my eclectic approach to making draws on my childhood growing up between countries bordered by the North Sea: Denmark, the Netherlands and the UK.
All my work is crafted intuitively and inspired by nature, heritage crafts and slow living.
